Noma Already Fully Booked For Next Year

Noma’s new restaurant has clearly no problem filling seats; recent sale of reservations for as far away as spring next year sold out within 24 hours!

Rene Redzepi and team are ready to open world-renowned Copenhagen restaurant Noma again in February 2018 stating: “As we’ve mentioned in the past, we’ll be dividing our year into three seasons, during which the menu will change dramatically to match the type of ingredients that are at their peak at any given time of the year.”

Noma has been in first place on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2010, 2011 and 2014. Earlier this year it was decided that Noma would move to a different premise. During this transition, Noma opened a popup restaurant under Knippelsbro Bridge in Copenhagen, which was there during the summer months until the 1st of October. Whilst Noma is due to reopen in December, this date has now been pushed back to February next year and clearly, patrons have been keen to get in.

People are able to book a table now well in advance. At least they can try. Apparently within a day all available reservations for February, March and April next year were sold out. Better be quick when the next round of reservations is announced. It is worth noting that each reservation is pre-paid at around 300 euros per person, and apparently this hefty dinner price-tag didn’t put off those who have secured their bums on a chair in the highly anticipated new Noma.
